Berry Crepes



Crepes

  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 ¼ milk
  • ¼ cup (½ stick) melted butter

Mix together and cook on pan.

Assemble crepes by putting a spoonful of honey greek yogurt in the middle of the crepe and top with berries. Fold over and sprinkle with lemon sugar or whipped cream
